Personality test
On the basis of 5 themes a representation and description of you as a person

The Big Fifty is a personality test. Five themes have emerged from psychological research, the so-called Big Five, with which a person’s personality can be described in its full breadth. The Big Five personality theory is the most researched and used personality theory.

Personality says something about the behavior that typifies a person compared to others. For example, the way a person will interact with people and situations at work. The Big Fifty Personality Test examines attitudes, opinions and preferences. There are no right or wrong answers, so it is not a test you can pass or fail.

The Big Fifty Personality Test indicates your scores based on the five most important personality factors for behavior in work situations: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Adaptability and Conscientiousness.

The Big Fifty Personality Test report translates the personality profile into competencies. A competency describes a combination of knowledge, skills and behaviors that are important to successfully achieve results in a particular area.

Per competency an indication is given of the extent to which you can develop this competency. This indication is based on your personality.

With this assessment you will quickly learn more about who you are and what your strengths are. The results show how you score on all the Big Five personality traits.

The test consists of 150 statements. There is no time limit. Most people take about 20 minutes, but take your time.
