The motivation test, also known as a “Motivation assessment”, is designed to help you understand what increases and decreases your motivation. After all, motivation is one of the essential components of success at work. The motivation test therefore analyses which factors motivate you and which factors do not.

It allows you, among other things, to select jobs much more specifically, to better express your motivation for a job and also to ask more specific questions during a job interview.
